Week 18: 15th - 19th December 2008
THE SCAFFOLDING IS COMING DOYN!!!
What an eventful week - despite some horrific weather towards the end, the roof is finished, with all the velux windows and most of the soffits and fascias in place.
Indoors, all the plasterboard on the ceilings on both floors is in place, the cabling (including the stair lights) is finished, and the internal door frames are ready too.
We even had a visit from Santa who came to inspect the chimney for Christmas 2009!
Speaking of which: a Merry Christmas and a Happy new year to all the building crew and everyone who has 'blogged on, posted and followed'! (or in Kenny's case - "follow, followed") ;-)
Week 19 starts on Monday 5th January 2009
